Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We recognise the unprecedented situation regarding the recent Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and as always, our key priority is to safeguard the health and wellbeing of all our staff.  We have also been working closely with our customers to manage the situation as it develops and limit the impact.

If you have, or are planning to travel to any countries outside of the UK, we ask that you inform us of the destination immediately so that we can manage this on behalf of you and our clients.

As a precaution and in order to limit the spread of Coronavirus all staff must follow normal hygiene measures as advised by NHS.

  • Tissues should be used to trap germs when coughing or sneezing
  • Put used tissues in the bin as quickly as possible
  • Wash hands regularly with warm water and soap
  • If you believe you are showing any symptoms of Coronavirus please telephone NHS Direct on 111 immediately.

The affected country information is updated daily and therefore documentation is being updated regularly. We will endeavour to keep you updated if there are any changes, but would also ask that you monitor this directly yourselves via https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/wuhan-novel-coronavirus

Please note the above advice is subject to change and dependant on information received from the NHS, World Health Organisation and other relevant authorities and we will update as the situation develops.
