!! WE HAVE DONE IT !!
We chose Young Epilepsy of our charity of the year for 2019 and are delighted to have reached our ambitious target of £5000.00. We had a very busy year and completed many challenges including a cake sale on purple day, Alex & Karen completed the Virgin Money London Marathon, Lake District Four 3000 Footers, NextGen Football tournament and a Golf day at North Wilts Golf Club.
Young Epilepsy is a fantastic charity that helps children of all ages to cope with the life changing effects of Epilepsy, as well as doing ground breaking research into the condition. Their unique school in Lingfield provides care and education for all types of Epilepsy as well as looking after hundreds of children with other learning and life difficulties. The money raised will help to fund the purchase of instruments and equipment for their sensory centre, as this will make a real difference to the lives of these amazing young people who are less fortunate than us.
Final total donated was an amazing £5382.41 and thanks go to all those who made this life changing sum possible.
